International Call your friends or business contacts overseas with low flat rates available 24 hours a day. All rates are charged per 30 seconds. Connection fee/flagfall applies. Call VIPtel's Customer Service for details.

Administration Charges


Debt Collection:We may refer outstanding debts to a third party for collection Reasonable costs incurred
Printed Invoice:Printed Invoice: If you wish to receive a duplicate invoice from us $ 6.00
Direct debit declined: If a direct debit transaction is not processed successfully, except where caused by VIPtel's error. $ 3.00
Plan Change: Administration Charge for changing plan prior to expiry $ 6.00
Late Payment Fee:Where you have not successfully made payment by the due date $ 6.60
Porting ChargeIf you wish to port your number away from us Nil

  • International voice calls & text messages, global roaming calls, directory assistance and operator services are not included in CAP (worth of usage)
