Obtaining instant benefits with your VIPTel Lifestyle Rewards Program

VIPTel Lifestyle Rewards members (Members) can present their membership card(Card) or Pre Purchase Gift Vouchers depending on the offer. Members should read the conditions of each offer carefully.

Flash Card Discounts

A valid Card must be presented at participating businesses to receive the available offer. To be valid, the Card must clearly display the Club Lifestyle logo and have a current expiry date. Each business has the right to refuse Members who do not produce a valid card.

Pre-Purchase Vouchers

Gift Vouchers required by participating businesses must be purchased through our Customer Service Centre. To pre purchase these vouchers Members can call 1300 657 271.

Online Shopping

VIPtel Lifestyle Rewards offers you a secure on line shopping facility. Once logged in (see above on how to login), select the Pre-Purchase Voucher, Gift Card,Tickets or Fragrance you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have entered all your details and proceeded to payment you will automatically be sent a Tax Invoice confirming your order and payment. Your order will be processed and sent to you the next business day if stock is available. Please note Fragrance deliveries take up to 14 days to be delivered.

Tear and Save

At the back of this directory and on the website clublifestyle.com.au, you will discover an array of ready to use vouchers. Simply tear off and present at participating stores and outlets.

Additional Offers or Changes to Existing Offers

Participating businesses reserve the right to change, modify or cancel any offers. Club Lifestyle will make their best endeavours to provide Members with prior notification of any change. Members can keep up to date with new offers and any changes to existing offers by simply logging on to clublifestyle.com.au for a complete up to date listing.

How will businesses recognise a valid Club Lifestyle Membership Card?

Valid Membership Cards must clearly display the Club Lifestyle logo printed on the back or front.

Members guarantee

If a valid Club Lifestyle member makes a purchase at any of our participating outlets and the offer shown is not honored, Club Lifestyle will reimburse the amount equal to the saving listed. To receive your refund, simply retain your receipt and contact our Customer Service Centre on 1300 657 271 so we can facilitate your refund.

Other Important Information

Members must abide by any Terms and Conditions posted on the Club Lifestyle website. These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Card and use of the Card constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions. The Card entitles Members to use the VIPTel Lifestyle Rewards Program (Program) and receive the discounts and other benefits provided by businesses participating in the Program (Services). Members enter into any agreement with any business participating in the Program at their own risk.
Club Lifestyle or any other party involved in the Program will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of Members access to, or use of, the Program.
